Working closely with a leading investment management firm, we were asked to create a three-day multi-tiered conference with full event, speaker, content and delegate management.
Over 18 months, we collaborated with the client to build a memorable event that centred around the content. The three-day event was very much discussion-led, with discourse and debate at its core. We developed an agenda that would ensure a balanced narrative and tone, managing 18 keynote speakers in a tight production schedule.
We designed and built bespoke staging, onsite branding and production. We managed a complex audio and visual production programme that worked seamlessly with the various formats across the agenda; from individual presentations to interactive panel discussions and studio interviews.
We styled each event room, sourced furniture and worked out the perfect layout to encourage conversation and debate for a host of international clients. With full delegate and logistical management we ensured the event was not only smoothly run but stimulating and on-brand, with storytelling that ensured everyone felt both entertained and inspired.
We also organised three dinners across the event, including a gala dinner at the National Museum of Scotland with guest speaker Rory Bremner.
To accompany and elevate the event, we crafted a look and style that we carried across print, digital, video and onsite branding to help tell the client story. Working with our technical partners, we designed and created beautiful staging, all large-scale onsite branding and printed collateral, working closely with suppliers to ensure complete attention to detail.
The printed collateral included beautifully produced bespoke lanyards, welcome packs and elegant dinner menus with various print finishes. It all contributed to a carefully considered, memorable and successful event, the impact of which was felt far beyond the three days.
